The Panic alarm is triggered by pressing and holding the SOS button for 3 seconds
The alarm will call 3 phone numbers (set up upon subscription), one by one, until a call is answered

Two-way audio allows voice communication between the alarm user and alarm receiver
The alarm will also send “Help me!” SMS text messages with GPS coordinates to the same 3 phone numbers
GPS location of tracker can be viewed online and requested via SMS text message by authorized phone numbers
By identifying the alarm button, the emergency call is processed directly by the control center in the member's language.

All prices for Packages are per person and inclusive tax. There is a one-off administration fee of € 20,- (€ 30,- for a couple).
Children below the age of 21 will only pay € 45,- per year.

The family card is € 30,00 per year
We offer monthly or annually payments to client’s that utilize Direct Debit in combination with our alarm button.

SILVER Package

iMergencies immediate phone interpreting, support and guidance service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year by calling 808 911 112 from Portuguese numbers or 00351 912 390 040 for international calls. Optional: You will be presented an emergency card, as well as a car sticker and phone stickers with our contact numbers.

Verbal translation service in emergency cases. 24/7 support with communication between emergency responders, doctors, police, etc.

iMergencies uses satellite images to draw an accurate access route map to your home. This information is protected against misuse and will only be shared with third party emergency partners when applicable.
For those living in rural or hard-to-find areas, we can store detailed directions for emergency services, as well as key holder or key safe information, so responders can reach you quickly and get inside if you’re unable to open the door yourself.

All our members receive an emergency assistance card (in bank card format) and a sticker to place on the windshield of their vehicles. In a crisis situation, our members or other people (including emergency services) can easily contact us to access additional and sometimes life-saving information this way. To receive the card and sticker, you can do so at an additional cost of €20.

In an emergency, we would like to support you so that we can facilitate the rescue services' access to the person in need. This usually means that a trusted neighbor or friend has the key to the locked gate and front door, and possibly locks any dogs in a room.

During a crisis, iMergencies will notify your family or friends in your home country acting as a point of contact between you for as long as required.

Storage of health insurer / Private hospital. It often happens that we have to share information about the patient with the health insurance companies in the member's home country (language barriers between doctors and insurance companies, etc.) and also have to organize cost approval from the insurance company; therefore, it is advantageous if we can receive your insurance policy numbers in advance.

Storage of Car details for ICE -recognition sticker for windscreen (ICE In Case of Emeregncy).

Storage of information regarding locked gate and guardian dog. -> (Storage of a key-holder).
In an emergency, we want to support you so that the rescue services can reach the person in need of help unhindered and as quickly as possible.

Unhindered means: unrestricted access to the patient; no locked gates or doors; guard dogs or aggressive dogs should be kept in a secure location.

In addition to all Silver Package benefits, if you’re involved in a car accident, we handle translations, communicate with third parties, contact your insurer using your pre-saved details, and arrange towing to your preferred garage.

A typical iMergencies -dispatcher’s responsibilities include:
- Answering calls from members, roadside assistance companies, or law enforcement
- Collecting essential information like vehicle type, Insurance,etc. stored from your record/file (pre-saved details).
- Selecting the correct tow truck based on the job’s requirements
- Sending and tracking drivers using GPS
- Providing updates to members and internal teams in real-time

We store your prefered garage or place in the member -record (pre-saved).

We store some important data about your pets and other animals. In the event of an emergency and our member lives alone, we can (if necessary) take action based on this stored data.

If you’re hospitalized unexpectedly or worse, our system flags that your pets need care, and we’ll arrange their care according to your pre-written instructions.

Pets bring joy and companionship to our lives, but circumstances can arise where pet owners are no longer able to provide the necessary care. This could be due to illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, it is important to have a plan in place to ensure the well-being of our pets. We store your plan in a safe place.

End-of-Life Plan – We arrange your funeral (with or without a ceremony), according to your wishes and in coordination with your family and our trusted funeral partner. The loss of a loved one is overwhelming, and in grief, planning often seems impossible. Families frequently wonder where to begin, what documents they need, and how to reconcile the deceased's last wishes with practical decisions. The iMergencies team guides you transparently, empathetically, and without pressure through your options.
